Please schedule your session for a time when you can devote your full attention, free from activity, distractions or responsibilities through the entirety of your session. Also, schedule for when you’ll be in a place where you can get comfortable and allow yourself to go into a state of relaxation.
For phone sessions, you will need a reliable speaker phone with good sound quality.
