Schedule your session for when you will have ample time to focus and devote full attention to your session.

For phone sessions, you must have access to good quality hands-free device or speaker phone.

Choose an area and position where you will remain comfortable and content for the duration of your session.

Remain free from distractions and disturbances for the duration of your session.

Minimize the possibility of background noise by choosing a quiet area and by turning off all ringers of telephones, answering machines, etc.
